Capital Moto urgently require a number of staff to join our friendly and highly respected Yamaha Premier Motorcycle Dealership in Clapham High Street, SW4.
We pay the right staff well, and we want to know if YOU would like to be part of our busy, successful operation. We need new team members in the following areas:
AFTER SALES, PARTS & SERVICE
Full time, 5 days in 7, weekends included. Duties / skills / key points:
• Experience in personnel management important
• Stock analysis, control and ordering experience
• Detailed reporting to senior management
• Computer literate
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills
• Need not be a motorcyclist, but must be keen to learn about the trade
• Understand the importance of quality customer service
• Be a clean, safe and organised worker
MECHANIC / MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIAN
Full time, 5 days in 7, weekends included. Duties / skills / key points:
• Must hold a clean motorcycle licence
• Previous experience in motorcycle / scooter workshop essential
• Comprehensive mechanical and electrical knowledge essential
• Ability to service and maintain machines unsupervised
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills
• Diagnose and repair machines to strict standards / timescales
• Familiar with modern diagnostics and computer literate
• Fit aftermarket accessories, eg: trackers, alarms, lights, wheels
• Carry out road tests following works
• Complete appropriate documentation
• Complete continuous development training (at no cost to applicant)
• Understand the importance of quality customer service
• Be a clean, safe and organised worker
USED BIKE BUYER & VAN DRIVER
Full time, 5 days in 7, weekends included. Duties / skills / key points:
• Clean driving licence and motorcycle licence essential - van supplied
• Happy safely loading / unloading bikes into a van and driving to wherever required
• Experience in motorcycle valuation essential
• Experience in motorcycle mechanics essential
• Good command of English and excellent communication and sales skills
• Be a clean, safe and organised worker
• Understand the importance of quality customer service
ADMIN & CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
Part time 2 or 3 days a week. Duties / skills / key points:
• Hours / days could be organised around school hours
• Experience in effective customer interaction face to face / on phone
• Excellent communication skills vitally important
• Happy to phone existing customers to inform them of our products and services,
measure satisfaction whilest maintaining our leading brand and highly respected status
• Detailed reporting to senior management
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent command of English essential
• Need not be a motorcyclist, but must be keen to learn about the trade
• Understand the importance of quality customer service
• Be a clean, safe and organised worker
