Description

Made using 100% carbon each part that leaves the production line is made from pre impregnated carbon fibre, processed in state of the art autoclaves then coated and finally finished by hand. This procedure is also used to produce all of the high performance parts for MotoGP and Formula 1 racing vehicles
Ilmberger’s construction method gives each part maximum strength and minimum weight with increased rigidity compared to the bikes standard plastic fairings and body panel parts.
Precision in manufacturing techniques ensures that fit and finish are exceptional.
By using a unique clear synthetic coating that is more resistant than any other clear lacquer, Ilmberger ensure that the finish is not only beautiful but protects long-term against weather and UV.
All Ilmberger parts carry the TUV seal of approval for peace of mind (excluding racing parts).
