Description

ASV C5 Adjustable Span levers are CNC machined 6061 alloy with a 5 year unconditional crash damage warranty. If it breaks we will replace it – no problem.
All ASV levers feature a special pivot design that allows the lever to fold out of the way in the event of a crash or fall. They simply pivot outwards and spring back. The pivot junction has a precision sealed bearing for zero play and precision feel.
By simply turning the 180 increment micro index thumbwheel on the lever the reach can be adjusted through 4 inches to accommodate different sized hands. “Shorty” levers also available, 1.25 inches shorter than stock.
Additional colour thumbwheels are available separately. These fit both C5 and F3 levers.

Road racing perfected.
Available in several colours; black with red adjusters, gold and grey with black adjusters. Dual colour option available where the levers are machined after anodising to reveal contrasting brushed alloy to the top and bottom surfaces.
Caution: Note: spacers PS001 are available separately to move the lever perches approx. 8mm further away from the bars to give increased span and occasionally to avoid levers fouling on switch clusters.
On bikes fitted with optional original equipment handguards clearance there may be insufficient clearance for the levers.
Caution: Some bikes may experience with clearance issues with OEM hand guards. OEM hand guards tend to be made pretty close to the OEM levers and the large pivot point on ASV levers tends to bump into them. Aftermarket hand guards such as ACERBIS and PRO TAPER have a much larger gap which don’t cause problems.
In the past, we have recommended customers modify the existing hand guards, remove them, or replace them with aftermarket hand guards.
