Low friction sliding kit for fronk fork
Smoothness is essential
REDUCE THE FRICTION: the KIT S has been developed to increase the smoothness of the fork.
While braking, the fork deforms (becomes oval-shaped) which increases static friction. The fork friction is high if it is fitted with original bushings and seals, which generally occurs at the initial movement. This happens due to the surfaces pasting . KIT S dramatically decreases this effect, because it decreases static friction as the speed of the fork s movement increases.
Bitubo selects the best bushings placed in Ergal hardware, designed to decrease the static friction of surfaces while the fork is deformed. The only turnkey product to avoid imprecision. Performance is taken to the highest level by combining improved bushings with seals that have a low coefficient of stiction.
Technical features: pair of lower bushings placed inside a ring made of 7075 Ergal, dimensionally precise. pair of rod oil seals, impregnated with a lubricant.
For forks that use original bushings with low performance in the top section, Bitubo offers the KIT 2S with high performance bushings
