Description

This optional racing header set with a 2-into-1 design is engineered to maximise the engine s output.
Crafted from high grade AISI 304 stainless steel with a hand-brushed satin finish featuring coupling bushes precision-machined from solid billet for accurate fitment and structural rigidity. These calibrated couplings ensure optimal sealing and exhaust flow dynamics.
Direct compatibility with the OEM exhaust and the model- specific HP Corse slip-on kits. In addition it is compatible with all exhausts designed for the OEM header mounting points, offering a broad compatibility.
It offers significant gains in horsepower and torque, coupled with a notable reduction in bike s overall weight
Equipped with Euro 4 and Euro 5+ O2 sensor housings with a Plug-and-play design that allows for straightforward installation.
For optimal performance realization and enhanced throttle response, ECU remapping is advised.
Note: Euro 5+ Vehicles equipped with dual oxygen (O2) sensors. Installing the optional racing headers can trigger a check engine light or an error code related to catalyst efficiency.
NOTE: a dedicated MILTOOL is available which is specifically engineered to Eliminate the error code caused by the disconnection of the lambda sensor and Ensure the ECU operates correctly without “limp mode” or warning lights.
Alternatively for ECU remapping, perfect performance, rideability, and durability we also offer the Rapid Bike range of fuelling modules.
Rapid Bike’s new Smart2, Evo2 and Racing2 fuelling module kits are designed for Euro5+ motorcycles and make it possible to avoid potential check engine light issues while optimising the fuelling and power delivery, personalising the riding experience whilst offering a diagnostic tool to the user.
This product is intended for closed-course use and does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
