The pressurised EBH cartridge is a technologically advanced product and contains a series of innovative systems such as the already known FPS (Full Pressure System), EC (Easy Changer), LC (Light Components) and the new Over Pressure Control system (OPC).
These systems are the result of a long experience of development by the Bitubo R&D department in collaboration with some of the best teams that participated in the World SBK, BSB, IDM, CIV championships.
On the top cap there are all the adjustments. Asymetric cartridges have rebound damping in one cartridge and compression damping in the other, plus sprinf preload on both; simple and intuitive.
A high damping coefficient at very low speed eliminates excessive fork dive on initial applicqation of the brakes.

LC: This product has a high percentage of special light alloys and details optimised in weight, with the aim of achieving the maximum lightness possible, drastically reducing the weight of the cartridges.
FPS: Full Pressure System exhibits the highest efficiency and practicality of this patented system. This innovative damping system provides immediate damping, while avoiding any cavitations of the internal fluid. The system is gas pressurised at low pressure. The cartridges are asymmetric: one controls compression, the other controls rebound. With two alternate chambers at both ends, it is possible to create high damping force even at very low speed.
EC: Easy Changer is a quick change system for fast replacement of the spring with a free key and a new exclusive cartridge dismantling system. EC does not require the fork to be removed, making bike set up and modification much easier.
